I love shrimp in any way, boiled, roasted, grilled .... but there are certain ways of preparing them forcing us to make at the moment.
This is great way to make it as my friend Anne of Calahorra you can leave them prepared and cooked while put on the table.
ingredients 800 g fresh or frozen shrimp.
2 or 3 chopped garlic, dehydrated garlic even (roughly)
A teaspoon cayenne pepper flakes (optional)
salt, white pepper oil and a splash of port, sherry (I put brandy)
Peel the prawns leaving the head and tail end.
