Ingredients
a skewer oil chorretuco
potatoes mushrooms zucchini
strips of ham sausage or brown sugar
salt
for oil bechamel
flour white pepper nutmeg
milk salt
We sliced \u200b\u200bthe zucchini and potatoes peeled, salted and set aside.
Heat a little oil in a pan or grill the slices until q we look a bit golden and set aside.
