Festival posts: my two cents

Global Voices in English has interest in promoting blogging and promote networks of bloggers, and it was thought that a good way to do this can be through of the popular "Festival of Blogs."
As I am part of the great community of volunteers from Global Voices, in English as Castilian, was simply a matter of time before I was asked to participate in the Festival Blogs . So here I am, almost as Lope de Vega (with apologies to compare myself with talent, size) with the mandate of Violante: in my life I've been in this predicament.

The festival's theme is' Blogs and Cyber-Activism. " What do I know this issue? For the truth very little, if almost Socratic admit that I know nothing (again I apologize for this new boldness).

I think it's the first time publicly admit to have only a vague idea of \u200b\u200bwhat the Web 2.0. I do not know what programs are open source. I do not know what an RSS feed or a podcast. My ignorance is so great that those few are the only issues that come to mind.
addition
that, I'm not on Facebook, and even if I suggest it to the best of good intentions, I will not be out there. I was once, for 24 hours, more by curiosity than conviction. And I confirmed that my resistance was justified. Not misunderstand me: respect for that if Facebook users and thank you to respect my wish not to walk through those neighborhoods. So let expressly stated that if I "found" out there, rest assured that someone has taken my name.

I'm not on Twitter. Maybe if my daily activities were fairly nteresantes isiquiera would consider opening an account, but as I feel that my normal life is not worth being summarized in 140 characters. Nor is it me wrong: I respect those who Tuitt and using this medium to keep others abreast of developments.

why I chose the title I chose for this post: my two cents. Literally, a contribution so small that hardly contributes. I have read interesting stories about people who made important changes that began when a situation presented online. Despite my ignorance on the subject, I can realize that none of this would be possible if there were no such mechanisms which operate almost entirely unaware. And I applaud the value of these ordinary citizens who one day decide it's time to say ENOUGH! Often risk themselves with the decision to become a cyber.

is they who have a story to tell in this Festival of Blogs. From here, I extend my gratitude.

Note: I invite you to see my latest post, with more gems .
