Espuña sent me a couple of weeks a lot with some of their products and have had the pleasure of taste and confirm that the quality premium for these products so graciously saw fit to send.
first thing I did was a style bread montadito Tumaco, I say style because it seems little pa amb tomàquet original and has so many versions depending on the region where the take.
These were the ingredients to use for my particular montadito of Tumaco.
and after a minutes of preparation and assembly this is the result.
We spread the bread with tomato and place a thin slice of tomato on top a thin slice of ham and sprinkle with olive oil.
The second was about artichokes with a packet of ham strips.
A little oil, minced garlic, the ham into strips all together rehash a few minutes before the ham is too dorase add drained artichokes and let a few more minutes over high heat. Has no more mystery. There are those who Season to taste with many species but more so I like the natural order to appreciate the flavors of the two protagonists of this dish.
and now finally I could do with strips of chorizo? chori tortilla? .... not too classic for truth?. I decided it was better to other montadito varied with different ingredients that would contrast in flavors and colors and improvising came out this delicious snack.
if I may I keep the recipe a few days latter montadito .. I want to make a play on the tracks here and give me no help much and it is also possible to present it in a contest. Once you can put the recipe I will. q so as to remain vigilant and to improvise your special montadito.
